Then, with your body in a deeply relaxed state, we invite you into one of the most powerful tools for boundary work: Journaling for Boundary Maintenance.

In this reflective practice, you’ll:
Choose the journaling style that fits your life (pen and paper or digital and dynamic)
Use thoughtful prompts to track your progress, setbacks, and evolving limits
Notice how your boundaries shift in different relationships or social contexts
Cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust by documenting your growth over time
