In this soothing, end-of-day session, we’ll explore a powerful counting breathwork technique that varies the intensity and rhythm of your inhales and exhales. This method gently signals the body to wind down, helping you release tension, calm your nervous system, and float into peaceful relaxation—perfect for bedtime or anytime you need to reset.
Once you’re relaxed, you’ll flow into our final tool in the series: Boundary Mapping.

In real life, what feels acceptable in one situation might feel invasive in another—and that’s normal. Whether it’s your sister dropping by unannounced, a coworker texting outside of work hours, or navigating cultural expectations, this tool helps you identify those nuanced “gray zones” where your boundaries might shift based on context, closeness, or culture.
Through Boundary Mapping, you’ll:
Define what’s acceptable, tolerable, and unacceptable for you
Explore how boundaries change with different people and situations
Build the skills to communicate clearly and kindly—without guilt or confusion
Reclaim your right to say: This works for me. That doesn’t.
