In this bold and energizing session, we tap into your body’s oxygen efficiency through the power of breath holds.
Yes, you read that right—we’re holding our breath on purpose (and no, not because someone said something ridiculous at work).

This guided class will walk you through a series of breath holds designed to challenge your limits, strengthen your breath control, and improve your body’s ability to bounce back from stress. You’ll want your device nearby to pause between rounds—unless you’re in a group class, where we’ll flow together. Either way, get ready to build physical and emotional resilience from the inside out.

Then we shift to the real work:
Setting Boundaries in Enmeshed Relationships.

Because sometimes, the biggest challenge isn’t breath... it’s space.
In this guided tool, you’ll explore what enmeshment looks like—those relationships where your identity, needs, and choices feel fused with someone else’s emotions or approval.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize patterns of emotional entanglement

  • Identify what you need, separate from others’ expectations

  • Set compassionate but firm boundaries that protect your peace and preserve your individuality

This class is about taking your power back—starting with your breath, and ending with your boundaries.
