We’re kicking things off with an energizing breathwork practice featuring Tornado Breathing—a dynamic, activating technique that gets your blood moving, your mind buzzing (in the best way), and your mood high... on your own supply. 🔥

You’ll lie down, drop in, and fire up your breath to shake off sluggishness and reclaim your internal spark. No caffeine needed.

But we don’t stop there.

After you’re all blissed out, we flip the focus inward with the Setting Boundaries with Yourself self-reflection tool.

Let’s be real: sometimes we are the ones crossing our own lines—overscheduling, overcommitting, overexplaining, and overriding what we really need.

In this boundary-setting practice, you’ll explore areas of your life that are calling out for structure and create internal boundaries like:

  • “I’ll only stay at that event for an hour.”

  • “I’m not taking on anything new right now.”

  • “If I need rest, that comes first. Period.”

This is about building trust with yourself and creating the kind of self-respect that ripples outward into everything else.
