You are here because based on the answers in your alignment session application you are eligible to move onto the next step in working directly with Dr. Kourtney. On this page, you will find more information about what it means to work with Dr. Kourtney to help your body come into better alignment for sustained health and harmony! Once you have reviewed this information you will be able to select the pathway that works best for you. Once your path is selected you will be directed to your personalized portal so that you can start the process of registration and completing your consents, history, and paperwork.
Once you have selected your pathway typically you are able to complete your initial consultation with Dr. Kourtney in 2 weeks. Before your first visit you will need to complete some additional information online in regards to your medical and lifestyle history AND you will need to complete some labs as well. If you have insurance you will be able to use your insurance with your lab orders.

Functional Forecast—This assessment is included in every pathway. This is completed over two (2) thirty (30) minute visits to create a personalized plan.
2 additional 30 minute 1-1 appointment with Dr. Kourtney (after initial assessment)

Q: How many times will I get to see Dr. Kourtney with this pathway?
A: If you attend all of the sessions in this pathway you will have access to Dr. Kourtney 14 times over 4 months (1 (one) initial individual session (typically divided into 2 30 minute sessions), 2 (two) individual follow up sessions, access to Nutrient Evaluation Group, Access to BioData Group, 4 Ignition group visits and 4 IHP sessions).
Q: Do I have to pay for the entire package up front?
A: The short answer is yes. The more detailed answer is yes but we do offer extended payment plans through Klara so that you can pay over time per your budget.
Q: Are these sessions all conducted in person?
A: No all pathways are able to be completed virtually.

Ignition groups are typically held on the 1st or 3rd Monday of the month after 3 pm. Breakthrough groups are typically held on the 2nd or 4th Monday of the month after 3 pm.

Q: How many times will I get to see Dr. Kourtney with this pathway?
A: If you attend all of the sessions in this pathway you will have access to Dr. Kourtney a WHOPPING 52 times over the next year!
This breaks down to (1 (one) initial individual session, 4 (four) individual follow up sessions, access to 12 Nutrient Evaluation Groups, 12 Ignition group visits, 12 Breakthrough group visits and 12 IHP sessions.
