You’ll explore active and passive exhalation through techniques like bellows breath and bow’s breath, learning how each one shifts your energy, your focus, and your sense of calm.

And once you’ve created space in the body, we take it to the mind.

Enter the Boundaries Exploration Wheel—a self-reflection tool that guides you through the real-life areas where your boundaries may be blurry: your time, your tech, your to-do list, your relationships. This isn’t just theory. It’s a mirror—and a map.

You’ll leave with:

  • Practical breathwork tools to calm your system and rev your focus
