The Integrative Health Pathways Group is a women’s support group that meets monthly to support targeted wellness goals. This is a virtual group where participants receive direct education on energetic composition, lifestyle habits, nutrition, mind-body exercises and more directly from Dr. Kourtney. During this time participants are also able to ask and answer questions and receive support from other group participants

I just wanted to let you know that I've started on my yoga practice. Sun salutations in the morning have been fantastic, and I've also been using the app to meditate before sleep. IHP Group Participant

I have been working on being more intentional these past couple of weeks. Overall, my water intake has increased because I set a reminder on my phone. I have included more plant based meals into my diet. I'm practicing Vinyasa flow and meditation at least twice a week. This month’s group is all about how to personalize your health by using your genes! This is part 2 of a 2-part series on this topic. In this part of the series we will focus on case studies around specific SNP’s to answer specific questions like:
How common is the GSTM1 deletion?
Is there a way to determine food sensitivities by using SNP’s?
Can you do SNP testing during pregnancy?
Dr. Kourtney will also go over a breakdown of Phase 1 and 2 liver detoxification pathways and which SNP’s have a high impact when it comes to the body’s ability to detoxify medication, environmental toxins, pesticides and hormones. Each participant will receive a detoxification schematic tool as a take-home worksheet for these pathways.
If you register and cannot attend the educational session will be recorded for replay later. To ensure a safe space any group discussion portion of the class will not be recorded.
